With every client, I perform an initial in-depth interview and assessment to determine the individual’s current fitness level, present lifestyle, and future goals. By collecting and reviewing quantitative and qualitative data, I will provide a safe, results-focused, effective fitness program to achieve personal success for your short and long term goals.

What should I wear?

I recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or sportswear to ensure maximum comfort and flexibility, suitable footwear, such as trainers, for stability and support. I am also highly advise that you bring plenty of water to ensure that you keep hydrated during your session.

1 (60 min) session - $65.00

10 Session Package - $60.00 ($600 total)

1 (30 min) session - $35.00

10 (30 min) session - $300.00

PERSONAL SMALL GROUP FITNESS

Gather up your friends and family for a workout together. It's more fun, you'll motivate each other, and you can share the costs of your sessions. Group goals will be discussed and the workouts will be tailored to meet them. Group classes can last anywhere from 30-60 minutes.

Group classes can include:

  • Beginning Exercisers

  • Functional Fitness

  • Outdoor workouts

 

 

60 min Session for 2 people – $40 each

30 min Session for 2 people – $30 each

60 min Session for 3 people – $30 each

30 mins Session for 3 people – $20 each
