Natasha is a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitnes Leader, Weight Trainer, Group fitness instructor and Health Coach with a passion for helping people be their healthiest, while they look and feel their best. Natasha been working in the Fitness Industry since 2008. Her greatest passion in life is changing people's lives and inspiring them to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
Because everybody is so different, she does not stick to a specific style of workout. Her main focus is to share her knowledge and build a solid fitness foundation so that her clients can achieve long-term results that will last. Natasha is trilingual trainer that developed a worldly experience. Born in Europe, she is currently residing and trains in Vancouver, around the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, BC. Her knowledge and professionalism have given her the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. With every client, Natasha performs an initial in-depth interview and assessment to determine the individual’s current fitness level, present lifestyle and future goals. By collecting and reviewing quantitative and qualitative data, she will provide safe, results focused, effective fitness program to achieve personal success for your short and long term goals.

Being a mom and although balancing family and a career may be tough sometimes I believe that finding time for yourself and your health is very important, and a great example for family. I am teaching how to be healthy, not only workout just to look good, but workout to feel good inside. I strongly believe that there is much more to fitness than just a body. It’s about health, it’s about being healthy physically, mentally and emotionally, it’s about looking fit and feeling fit. I believe that trainers have to teach people a lifestyle instead of a quick fix to temporary get a sexy body.
As a Fitness Trainer, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help you realize what your body is capable of. I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals.
