During your Initial consultation, we will go over your health & fitness goals, discuss your Health History, Lifestyle history and Your goals, we'll look for weaknesses and imbalances in your body and we'll determine the best way to help you reach your goals. Using this info, we'll design a progressive exercise program that is customized to your specific needs (such as weight loss, increasing strength and muscle mass, working through injuries or simply increasing your fitness).
